ESG in Action

Seek operational efficiency measures to reduce the use of natural resources, waste generation, operational costs, and exposure to environmental risks.

We ethically act and respect the environment, encouraging our investees to seek practices that go beyond the legal requirements that regulate the activities of each of our businesses. We encourage the sharing of best practices in our portfolio, highlighting initiatives that focus on energy efficiency; generation and/or acquisition of renewable energy; reuse and consumption reduction of water resources; and reduction and efficient disposal of waste,  as well as the search for innovation and technology investments to address issues related to Climate Change.

To manage our performance and define action plans, our environmental KPIs focus on:
- Environmental management practices
- Energy consumption indicators
- Water consumption indicators
- Solid waste generation and disposal indicators
- GHG emissions (scope 1 and 2)
- Physical climate change impacts

Surround ourselves with people with common behavioral values but diverse perspectives, experiences and cultures.

Patria is progressing on the Diversity & Inclusion agenda as we understand this is a relevant topic for our people, our business and our society.
Especially, as we expand our presence across diverse geographies in Latin America and worldwide, we bring different perspectives and backgrounds to our reality. We rely on a diverse, inclusive and safe environment to be ourselves, realizing our full potential as a driving force for the expressive growth we expect to achieve, powering opportunities to everyone.

Gender Equality:
