AIIB, one of Infrastructure Fund's V investors, has established the Project-affected People's Mechanism (PPM) to provide people who believe they have been or are likely to be adversely affected by the Project with an opportunity for independent and impartial review of complaints made by them that cannot be satisfactorily resolved through the project level grievance redress mechanisms or AIIB's Governance process.
