Marcelo Fedak

Marcelo Fedak is a Partner at Patria and Head of Global Real Estate Ex-Brazil. Mr. Fedak is primarily responsible for leading the Real Estate business unit of Patria, conducting Real Estate investment strategies in Latin America.

Before joining Patria, Mr. Fedak was the founder and Managing Partner of BlueMacaw, was the head of Real Estate in Latam for Blackstone and worked at BTG Pactual as a Partner and Head of Real Estate. He also worked at Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, and Bain.

Mr. Fedak received a bachelor’s degree in business from FGV - Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo.
