Raphael Denadai

Raphael joined Patria in 2023 and is based in Sao Paulo. He has over 25 years' experience in large corporations, with expertise in finance, strategy and executive leadership. He is currently Head of Finance for Value Creation at Patria, responsible for the governance and finance areas of the Private Equity and Infrastructure portfolio, which includes sectors such as Logistics & Transportation, Energy, Agribusiness, Healthcare and Retail. His responsibilities cover FP&A, Treasury, Project Finance, Accounting, Audit, Tax, Compliance & Legal and Indirect Procurement. He also is a board member of Lavoro, Plurix and Dellys.

Raphael has held leadership positions such as vice-president of Telefônica, CFO of Cinemark, CEO and CFO of SKY. He has a degree in Economics from PUC-Rio, an MBA from INSEAD with experience in France and Singapore and an Executive MBA from Ibmec, as well as projects in Latin America and Europe.
